Kinetic Fuel provides personalized nutritional education and counseling to athletes enabling them to optimize performance, body composition, overall health and well being. Their philosophy centers on using whole foods, proper hydration and nutrient timing as the foundation of an athlete’s plan. Each plan is tailored to the individual player’s sport/position, nutritional requirements, body composition, food preferences, and daily practice/game/workout schedule.

Julie is a certified sports nutritionist, pharmacist, marathoner, fitness enthusiast, sports fan and mother of 2 athletes. She has successfully worked with high school, college and professional athletes who participate in a wide range of sports. From Ironman triathletes to Olympic athletes, and many in between, she has helped athletes fuel and recover, change body composition and play with the intensity necessary to compete in today’s arena.

It is that passion and love for the game that inspires our programs at PrimeTime Lacrosse. It is our firm belief that if you love what you do, improvement will follow. It is with this in mind that we have developed PrimeTime Lacrosse into the region's premier lacrosse camp, clinic, league and select team programs. We pride ourselves on taking an interest in the development of each and every player who comes through our programs and dedicating ourselves to getting the best out of that player.
